Jalapeño salad dressing

Hot, yogurt based and free from vinegar or citrus fruit juice.

Ingredients

1 cup yogurt (plain, fat free or low fat)
2 tablespoons milk (fat free or low fat)
1 tablespoon chili pepper (dry jalapeño chili, minced)
1⁄4 teaspoon garlic (minced garlic)
1⁄4 teaspoon cumin (ground)
1⁄4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together.
  2. Cover and chill.
