Jalapeno corn

Savory, sweet, and spicy side dish for a barbecue.

Ingredients

2 packages corn (frozen corn, 10 oz packages)
2 packages cream cheese (3 oz packages)
  cup butter
1⁄2 cup milk
1⁄4 cup chili pepper (jalapeños, sliced)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350º F and grease a baking tray. Place the corn in the greased tray.

Warm butter, cream cheese and milk until butter and cheese have softened and mixed with the milk.

Pour the mix over the corn. Spread the jalapenos over.

Bake for 30-40 minutes. Once done, remove the jalapeño corn from the oven and serve warm.
