BBQ steaks with beer

This simple marinade helps to bring out the best of your BBQ meat.

Ingredients

1 beer
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
4 pieces meat (steaks, your favorite cut)

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients except the corn flour to create marinated steaks and leave to marinate for 2 hours.

BBQ the steaks while continuosly brushing with the extra marinade.

Add the corn flour to any left over marinade, bring it to the boil, then serve as a sauce with the cooked steaks.

Notes

The time steaks will need to cook depends on the size, type and quality of meat and how you like it cooked. Beef is best cooked rare or medium, if barbecued until well done, it will be dry.
