Aloo gobi subzi

A traditional Indian dish with a slightly different take. This dish can be adapted for family or feast.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon cooking oil (vegetable oil)
1 cauliflower (without stem and broken into smaller flowers)
6 potato (baby potatoes, cut, peelled is optional)
11 teaspoons cumin (whole cumin seeds)
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 chili pepper (green, chopped)
  coriander (fresh coriander leaves for garnishing)

Instructions

In a hot pan we fry the cumin seeds, chilli and ginger until the chilies soften.

Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 8 minutes, whilst covered, however stirring occasionally.

When everything is cooked, garnish with coriander and serve.
