Morocco

Food, wine, tea and shakes in Morocco.

Shakshuka

Few dishes bring people together quite like a bubbling pan of shakshuka. Originating from North Africa and deeply loved across the Middle East, this vibrant one-pan meal is a celebration of simple, bold flavors.

Food in Morocco

Moroccan rich cuisine includes foods such as the popular couscous and tagines, skillfully seasoned to produce wonderfully fragant and spiced -but not overly hot- dishes. Both, couscous and tagines, are Berber dishes, but Moroccan cuisine also shows the influences Arab, Mediterranean, Spanish and neighbour African countries.

Chicken tajine

Moroccan dishes are becoming increasingly popular. This is no more difficult thatn other stew. If you do not have a traditional tajine to cook over coal, you can use a Dutch oven, or a pan with a lid, and your regular stove will do.
