Turkey giblet soup

A recipe good for wild turkey, or one from a farm, nothing goes to waste.

Ingredients

1 pound turkey (wild turkey giblets, neck and tail)
3 cups broth (trukey broth, turkey stock or lightly salted water)
4 onion (chopped)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tomato (medium size, diced)
2 egg (beaten)
2 tablespoons cream (ligh cream)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cream in to your slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours.
  2. The soup is done once the rice opens and thickens the soup. Once done, turn slow cooker to "warm" or "off", and stir in the cream. (Do not bring to a boil with cream in it.)
