Sesame seed and green chili dip

This is a hot and spicy dressing or dipping sauce where East meets West.

Ingredients

1 3⁄4 cups tomato ketchup (tomato ketchup)
1 chili pepper (green, washed, deseeded and sliced)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 tablespoon sesame seed (toasted)
1 dash tabasco
  salt (to taste)
1 pinch sugar (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mix ketchup with garlic and chili, season with salt and sugar to taste, and finally, add the toasted sesame seeds.
  2. Ready to serve.

Notes

Serve with chicken tenders, fish fingers, or squid rings. It will also go well with tempura vegetables.
