Hot melted brie and apple chutney

This recipe will work with any type of brie, always whole, and it will produce a rich, velvety and pleasingly cheesy appetizer.

Ingredients

14 ounces cheese (fairly firm Brie, whole cheese)
1⁄3 cup walnut (chopped)
1 tablespoon parsley (fresh leaves, finely chopped)
2 apple (in wedges)
1⁄2 cup chutney (apple chutney)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 450° F (225° C). Place cheese in a deep baking dish and bake for six to seven minutes.
  2. Carve the top, top with chutney and the walnuts, baking for another 3 - 4 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle on the parsley and serve warm with apple wedges or crackers.
