3 tablespoons lime juice
  salt (to taste)
1 tomato (optional, small, ripe, finely chopped)
1⁄2 onion (optional, finely chopped)

pepper (ground black pepper, to taste)
3 avocado (large, ripe, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks)

Instructions

Mash avocados to a purée, with a fork or blender.

Season lime juice and salt. Anad ground pepper if using.

Mis in the other ingredients, if using.

Serve straight away.

Yield
2 cup

Notes

It is best if served immediately as the avocado may turn brown, even with the lime juice, if left to stand for too long.

If avocados are small, double the amount.
