Glazed chicken wings
Perfectly tender and crispy glazed chicken wings, customizing them with a variety of flavorful glazes to suit any taste.

If using, combine cornstarch and water.
Dip chicken wings in egg, then in the corn starch mixture.
Heat the oven to 400ºF. Lightly grease a shallow baking pan, large enough for all the wings.
Place the wings on the greased pan, meaty side down. Bake until lightly browned on bottom, about 30 minutes.
Turn around and bake to brown the other side, aobut 20 minutes.
Brush the glaze over the chicken wings. Continue baking untill the glaze bubbles over, 5-6 minutes more.
Remove the glazed wings from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
To make barbecued chicken wings, use barbecue sauce or honey barbecue glaze.
To make citrus glazed chicken wings, Bahamian style, use citrus glaze.
To make honey soy glazed chicken wings, Asian style, use honey soy glaze. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds before serving if you wish.
