Fajita meat with oriental marinade

This marinade adds an oriental touch to fajita meat and it is extremely flavorful with chicken, as well as beef meat.

Ingredients

1 pound meat
3⁄4 cup soy sauce
2 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic (large, crushed, or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
1 teaspoon ginger (freshly grated, or a pinch ground ginger)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Try to mix well.
  2. Place in marinating pan, add meat, cover.
  3. Place pan with meat in the fridge and marinate for 6 hours, or overnight.

Notes

Both flank steak, or sirloin come out well.

Marinate the mean in a sealed plastic bag or a glass bowl, covered.

Pan fry, grill or barbecue marinated meat.
