Pork is a succulent red meat. Once, before freezers and refrigerators, pork was only for the winter months as the meat does not keep well. Nowadays, pork meat can be enjoyed throuhgout the whole year

Nuts are rich in nutrients, including proteins, and they can be the main ingredient in a recipe on their own right. They can also be used as garnish, adding texture and crunch to other dishes.

Summer

Summer warm days claim cooling dishes and with the bounty of summer vegetables, cold soups, salads and lightly grilled meat or fish take part in most summer menus.

Spring

Tender vegetables and meats are the gift of the spring season and, as the weather warms up, as certainly by the end of spring the days are definitely much warmer than the previous season, the need for lighter fare awakens.

Spring is a season of abundance. It is easy to stay focused on fresh options. There is great selection of fresh meat. Vegetables are at their most tender during this season. Many juicy fruits ripen towards the end of the spring.
