Ingredients

2 pounds fish (white fish fillets, cut into finger size strips)
1 1⁄2 cups beer
1 cup flour (seasoned with salt and pepper)
seasoning (salt and ground black pepper to taste)
  vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

Place the fish strips in a recipient and pour the beer over. Place in the fridge ana marinate the fish in the beer for 1-2 hours.

When it is time to cook, prepare a plate with the flour seasoned with salt and ground pepper.

Remove the fish from the beer and pat dry lightly. Roll each piece in the seasoned flour, shaking off the excess.

Heat oil in a frypan. Fry the fish in batches, 4-5 minutes per side, turning once. Drain in paper towels.
