sugar snap peas

Sugar snap peas are a hybird between garden peas and snow peas. The whole pod is edible, as it happens with snow peas, while the peas inside the pod are larger.

Snap peas taste sweet and they can be eaten raw or cooked. To prepare them, clean and remove the strings at the seams.
