Klui klui sticks
Description
The picture shows a top-down view of many long, thin, tan-brown klui-klui sticks bundled and stacked in neat clusters on a black plastic liner. Klui‑klui sticks are a crunchy peanut-based snack, traditionally made in Benin, West Africa. They are made by grinding roasted peanuts into a paste, letting the oil separate, then shaping the remaining peanut solids into sticks and frying them.
