Aloo chaat
Description
The picture shows a beautifully styled overhead shot, slightly angled, of a generous bowl of aloo chaat on a dark slate surface. The bowl is packed with spiced fried potato cubes in deep orange and golden yellow, whole green peas, crispy papdi pieces, diced tomato, and thinly sliced red onion rings, drizzled with yogurt and finished with fresh cilantro.
